By purchasing a ticket or attending any event at VESSEL, you agree to be bound by our Terms of Service. VESSEL reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest at any time, for any reason, without refund. We also reserve the right to permanently ban (blacklist) individuals from attending future events.
The following actions will result in immediate removal without refund and may lead to permanent bans and/or law enforcement involvement:
Physical violence, fighting, or aggressive behavior
Harassment, intimidation, or unwanted physical contact
Discrimination or harassment based on race, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, ethnicity, disability, or any other protected characteristic
Hate speech, slurs, or derogatory language of any kind — including offensive or inappropriate clothing as determined by staff
Theft, vandalism, or destruction of property
Failure to comply with staff or security instructions
Attempting to bypass security, ID checks, or venue policies
VESSEL is a space where everyone is welcome and respected. We expect all guests to contribute to a positive, inclusive atmosphere.
